As a speaker and organizational consultant, Claire Raines helps people to understand the validity of other viewpoints. Her five books on the generations have sold more than 100,000 copies. Generations at Work, which she wrote with Ron Zemke and Bob Filipczak, was honored as one of the top thirty business books of 2000.
